Unusual Horror is run by 1 person; me! I work a full time job too and sadly don't have the capacity or availability to fulfil orders daily or on most weekends, my general aim is 3-5 business days
For pre-orders, estimated arrival dates/timescales will be in the product descriptions, once the physical merch arrives, I'll start sending off the items from the day after them arriving.
Please note that any orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped together when the pre-order item is available - If you would like for a non-preorder item to be prioritised then please place a separate order for it.
Delivery times vary, UK is expected to be 2-3 business day after collection, 3-5 days for Europe, 5-10 for US and rest of world
