When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Unusual Horror is run by one person, so at busy times, around new releases or over holidays, it can occasionally take a little longer.
Pre-orders are sent once the stock arrives (see below).
How long will delivery take?
Everything is sent with Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, their estimated delivery times are:
UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 3–5 working days
US and rest of the world: 5–10 working days
These are Royal Mail's estimates, not guarantees, and we can't control delays once a parcel is with them. International orders can also be held up in customs.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £4.95, or free on orders over £50. US orders over $150 and EU orders over €150 ship free. Other international delivery is priced at checkout.
Customs or import charges may apply to orders sent outside the UK.
What if my parcel can't be delivered?
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn't collected from the delivery office, you'll need to pay the postage again for us to resend it.
Returned parcels are held for 14 days. Please check your address carefully at checkout, and get in touch quickly if you spot a mistake.
How do pre-orders work?
Expected dates are in each pre-order product's description, and we start sending them the day after the stock arrives with us.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once that item arrives. Want your in-stock items sooner? Place them as a separate order.

How is your merch printed, and on what?
Most designs are screen printed in small runs. Some detailed, full-colour artwork is printed DTG (direct to garment), and some pieces combine both.
Our current stock is printed by Merch Asylum, and some older stock was printed by Pins & Knuckles.
T-shirts are mostly on Gildan Heavy or Gildan Softstyle cotton. Hoodies and joggers are Just Hoods, and longsleeves are mainly Gildan Ultra Cotton, with other brands used for some larger sizes.

Can I save by buying more than one item?
Yes. Mix any 2 items from the same film or range for 10% off, 3 for 15% off, or 4 or more for 20% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Do you have a discount for new customers?
Sign up to our emails at the bottom of any page for 15% off your first order over £50.
A size I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Choose the sold-out size and enter your email under "Want to know when it is back?". We'll email you if it's restocked.
Some designs are limited runs, though, and once they're gone they're gone.
Can I return or exchange something?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us, and another 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Start a return from your account (open the order and click "Request return") or email us. Please don't send anything back without requesting a return first.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. Faulty or incorrect items are returned free of charge.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Buy a gift card here. You can have it emailed straight to the person you're buying for.
How do I contact you?
