Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jack@unusualhorror.com or via your account, navigating to the order and click "Request Return". If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label (if you are UK based), package the item up and sent it back. All returns are subject to return fees which will be taken from the return total. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and refunds/exchanges will not be provided, to have the item returned back to you will be at your own costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return shipping costs for international orders are at the buyers expense

Exchanges
Exchanges are absolutely possible, please do this via your account return portal or through email

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Tickets

Tickets to shows are non-refundable unless there has been a significant change to the lineup (i.e. headliner or multiple band changes) or if the event has been rescheduled to a date that you can no longer attend or cancelled.

If you are wanting to resell your ticket, just drop me an email with your order ID and I'll update the name on your ticket to whoever you've sold it/given it away to.

 

Shipping 

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, as with the returned item.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility, this can take anywhere up to 1 month depending on localtion. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you, the reshipment costs will be the same as the original postage costs.

If you provide the an incorrect address and your order is still successful delivered (i.e. wrong house number) then we will not be able to provide a refund unless the addressee returns or rejects the delivery, please ensure that you double check your address before placing an order.


Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer, these orders are held for 14 days and will be disposed off if unclaimed in this timeframe.

We are unable to provide a full refund for your order after a failed delivery.
